- Late registrations are welcome but your paper will not be included in the proceedings of the Conference.
- A registrant may have at most two (2) papers published in the proceedings of the Conference.
- Early Bird Registration until 13 October 2024 (GMT)
- Regular Registration until 10 November 2024 (GMT)
Registration Cancellation Policy
Authors whose papers are to be published cannot cancel their registration but can nominate a representative to present their paper. There will be no refund on cancellation at ICCE 2024.

- meals and snacks for all five (5) days of the conference
- Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet (for early bird and regular registration)
- APSCE membership for 2024
